Megadeth - A Tout Le Monde
Don't remember where I was
I realized life was a game
The more seriously I took things
The harder the rules became
I had no idea what it'd cost
My life passed before my eyes
I found out how little I accomplished
All my plans denied
So as you read this know my friends
I'd love to stay with you all
Please smile when you think of me
My body's gone that's all
A tout le monde
A tout les amis
Je vous aime
Je dois partir
There are the last words
Ill ever speak
And they'll set me free
If my heart was still alive
I know it would surely break
And my memories left with you
There's nothing more to say
Moving on is a simple thing
What it leaves behind is hard
You know the sleeping feel no more pain
And the living are scarred
I think that sometimes I let life get the best of me. I let the little things bother me to no end and they usually end up eating me alive. The most recent example would have to be my car. I guess procrastinating the general maintenance and repair only leads to costly repairs. What I thought would be a $691 repair, turned out to be a $1,043 repair when it was all said and done. It's nice to have my car, but definitely not nice to have to spend all that cash on it. Luckily, I have a supportive boyfriend that helped me so it didn't hurt the checkbook quite as much. Work gets to me too. Sometimes things are out of my control and I just can't let them be. I form an opinion and I can not let it go. I guess I really stink at giving people second chances. Good or bad? I don't know, just a part of who I am.

My Sister!!!!
I just wanted to take a minute and let you know that I'm thinking of my sister and her boys tonight. Tomorrow morning she goes into the hospital bright and early so that she can be induced and have baby #3. I'm only calling him that because he doesn't have a name yet. Regardless, I hope she knows just how much I love her and her boys and that I'd do anything I could for them. Here's to you, sister! I love you!!! Good luck and I'll see ya tomorrow. :)

Thunder
Today's a winding road that's taken me to places that I didn't want to go
Whoa (whoa, whoa, whoa)
Today in the blink of an eye I'm holding on to something and I do not know why
I tried
(I tried)
I tried to read between the lines
(I tried to look in your eyes)
I want a simple explanation
(For what I'm feeling inside)
I gotta find a way out
Maybe there's a way out
Your voice was the soundtrack of my summer
Do you know you're unlike any other?
You'll always be my thunder, and I said
Your eyes are the brightest of all the colors
I don't wanna ever love another
You'll always be my thunder
So bring on the rain
And bring on the thunder
Today's a winding road
Tell me where to start and tell me something I don't know
Whoa
(Whoa, whoa, whoa)
Today I'm on my own
I can't move a muscle and I can't pick up the phone
I don't know
(I don't know, I don't know, I don't know)
And now I'm itching for the tall grass
And longing for the breeze
I need to step outside
Just to see if I can breathe
I gotta find a way out
Maybe there's a way out
Your voice was the soundtrack of my summer
Do you know you're unlike any other?
You'll always be my thunder, and I said
Your eyes are the brightest of all the colors
I don't wanna ever love another
You'll always be my thunder
So bring on the rain
Yeah I'm walking on a tightrope
I'm wrapped up in vines
I think we'll make it out
But you just gotta give me time
Strike me down with lightning
Let me feel you in my veins
I wanna let you know how much I feel your pain
Today's a winding road that's taken me to places that I didn't want to go
Whoa
Your voice was the soundtrack of my summer
Do you know you're unlike any other?
You'll always be my thunder, and I said
Your eyes are the brightest of all the colors
I don't wanna ever love another
You'll always be my thunder, and I said
Your voice (this is getting colder)
Was the soundtrack of my summer (yeah the summer's over)
Do you know you're unlike any other?
You'll always be my thunder
So bring on the rain (well today's a winding road)
Oh baby bring (today I'm on my own)
On the pain
And listen to the thunder...
I can't help but think about the Thunder in my life and hope he never goes away. Live for today, hope for tomorrow. Always.
